If you stay nervous easily, if you can’t sleep at night and problems with concentration you are under stress. And I will show ten ways to avoid this problem that affect the society today.
But there some ways to avoid this:
1-Sleep well: relax and keep your mind empty at the time that you go to the bad and try to sleep at least six hours per day.
2-Start the day ready to have a god day: wake up ready to have a calm day.
3-Find some time to relax: try to find time in the routine for relax and on this time try to turn off from the world.
4- Practice physical activities: exercise yourself is god to the mind and body health.

5-Respect your timetable: organize your day to have a time to eat, sleep and has fun.
6-court a lot: stay with loved ones helps to relax.
7-Project your worn-out.

8-Have some leisure activities: it could be go to the cinema, theatre, go out with friends, listen a music, anything that make you forget the problems.
9-live in harmony: in the work or in the house, live in a place with a god environment.
10-In hard situations breath: have a deep breath in a stress crisis.
